Room Decoration
Thank you for your interest in the decoration of Hospital Rooms of children with frequent and lengthy hospitalizations. A more homelike atmosphere for these special children can help the whole family to simply live as a family from time to time. Seemingly simple things like watching TV while sitting on a nice throw rug on the floor or cuddling in bed with a nice comforter for story time can make a huge difference. Just pulling a pretty shade across the window can change the whole tone of the room.

We work with the hospital social workers to identify specific children. Based on the child's preferences, a theme is selected for the room.

A typical room package includes things like:
• Twin or Crib size sheet sets
• A coordinating throw (for the couch and rocking chair)
• A coordinating 5x7 area rug.
• A coordinating window cover
• Pajamas
• Wall Stickers
• Gift Card
• A picture for the child's room by Canvass Press. The canvas print can be anything from a favorite photo to a picture of the child's artwork.
• At least one unique thing especially for this child - it could be an art project, game, DVD, toy, bath toys
